Skype and then In-person Interview process. They give you material to prepare with and they are very courteous. Very helpful throughout the whole process. They really seem to want to train their applicants and are very straightforward with what the job will entail.

Entretien
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
