      Entretien

      a false trap which became a two week training nightmare that felt like an episode of the apprentice. you are emailed by a recruiter 'welcoming you to the team', and then arrive and find your entire journey is just another two week interview process. Criticism was 90% destructive, 5% constructive and 5% in Dutch so we couldnt understand them while they talked about us in front of our faces.

      I was invited for an interview for the sales position. E mail appears in my inbox entitled on Alexandra. I was tried to indicate error but no one reacted. As this is not only a name but a time of interview. How can I know that HR did`n made a mistake by copy paste a letter for some other person ant it`s time as well. But now return info at all. Ok, we met at skype talk started with jump of non organised questions, most same. But ok for that .....moment was very humiliated , actually few of them was a hidden smile covered by fingers. Especially when we talked about net wage, I said an amount under 1000 EUR, she smiled the way I had described and told be ohh it if this fits into our budget. What I do realized is that smile appears when talk but experienced term comes up, indicated to me that interlocutor/HR did not understand at all. So it gives me an wings to ask her if she was in sales at her start in the company. Yes, of course I found it previous , I was informed about her. (there was a question in questionnaire, abut your future customer....where , among of all , I had indicated that I would be informed about him/her in all possible spots of it`s person/life) so she did not red it at all or did not understand. To continue, she confirmed her sales start position in the company, but listless, as something not important at all, and she indicated in her letter that sales should be very passion about sales. Which her was not. So I conclude in a kind of question turned back to her that she moves very fast to HR from a sales. Does it mean that you consider it as salvation? You did run away? So something is complete wrong with this position in this company. Oh yes, interview was done at the evening , after 7. Why so late. As your main moment in those day was to interviewed people? Why not in working hours. She was not in the office but in some living room, looked very unprofessional. So interview ended that her told me that if they choose me for a second round of talk it will be told to me. I decline it tomorrow morning. My suggestion is to stay away from them. Or if you are young and want to see world than maybe you should think about it.

      Entretien

      Rigorous 1-2 week training. Role play at the end. They test you to see how hard you can work and how much knowledge you can retain. If you can't hack it or absorb the business model, you don't stand a chance of making it. But if you can't make it through training, you're not going to make it through the job.
