I filled out the application for the inside sales position on July 2. A recruiter reached out to me for an interview on July 3, asking for my availability. Excited, I promptly sent it over that same day. I figured with the next day being a holiday I probably wouldn’t hear anything until the day after the Fourth of July or possibly the following week. About a week goes by and I hadn’t heard from the recruiter. So I reached out instead. She replied and told me that she would reach out to the hiring manager, that was on July 9. I reached out again on July 12, with no response, and again on July 23, with no response. I was initially excited when Medecision reached out to me for an interview. I promptly sent my availability and eagerly awaited their response. Unfortunately, despite my multiple attempts to follow up and express continued interest, I received no further communication from the company. I have never experienced anything like this before. This experience was quite disappointing and left me questioning their professionalism. Clear and timely communication is crucial during the interview process, and the lack of follow-up left a negative impression. I hope they improve their candidate experience for future applicants. Curious to know if this has ever happened to anyone else at this company? As I am still interested, despite the lack of communication because I strongly believe their core values are in close alignment with mine.
