The interview was with 5 different team members who had all been through the program. 3 formal 2 at lunch. I thought the interview went well but they never even gave me a courtesy decline email. Very unprofessional, strange company

They reached out to me initially through LinkedIn and they had an online scheduling system for interviews with a lot of open slots. The interview itself was a 45 minute long phone conversation. They went a lot into detail and asked multiple follow up questions.
