- Initial filling out application online.
1 - Contacted by local office Accounts Manager- initial phone screen conducted (10 minutes).
2 - Face-to-Face interview in local office (45-75 minutes) with Accounts Manager.
3 - "Pit Sit" interview - meet other healthcare recruiters and office team members, get to see what a day-in-the-life is of a recruiter at Maxim (45-120 minutes).
4 - Face-to-Face or phone interview with Regional Account Manager (30-45 minutes).
- "Social" aka happy hour with office team, to see how well you fit with the team outside of an office environment *not all offices conduct these* (45 minutes to 120 minutes).

I applied online, did a phone screen with a recruiter, and then went into the office for an interview. Everything seemed to go well, the hiring manager told me she’d be in touch to schedule next steps- a team meeting and a shadow "pit sit" session. She made it sound like I was definitely moving on to the next stage, but then I never heard back. Total radio silence. It’s frustrating to be told you're moving forward and then get ghosted. Not a professional company. Also, they told me it was business professional attire but the workers were in sweats.
Traditional interview/behavioral questions followed by a tour of the office and meeting the other recruiters. Typical business casual attire (blouse, dress pants) was appropriate. Received an offer about a week later.

A Talent Acquisition Specialist hung up on me when I began telling her about my background. It was completely rude and unprofessional. I now have a negative impression of the company.
