as a fresher you are looking for a job than only is a good place and if you looking for a bond free job and with good salary than it is not good for you , the first round was face to face round where they ask you basics technical question about php , then after 5-8 question i answered most of them correct than you will go for technical machine round , where you have to create a registration form with all type of sql queries and the time you will get 40 min , i did half of the solution at that much time than you will be send for last HR round where they will tell you the bond policy of 2 year and training for three months without salary

Well only i can said if you are good and sound in your practical skills then you can move on interview process. They will ask you to develop something in your practical round .

Interview process was all same HR has taken first round then some employee of them looks younger then me take my technical interview. I think he is not also as skilled as me. He is having an year of experience.

having sound knowledge in php then you can visit for interview , They need advance php with MVC. if you can do it on practical than job is in your hand.
