First interview was behavioral phone interview. The second interview was also a phone interview and consisted of behavior questions and a couple brain teaser questions. They were really trying to figure out your thought process. The third interview was in at their Chicago office. This interview consisted of the Wonderlic test, and 4 1:1 interviews which again were a combination of behavior and brain teaser type questions.
