Initial phone interview led to a group interview. You must do a practical on a manager to be hired. Once hired, you do a few days of training on the computer learning about draping and modesty, then you must do each of the four facials five times before you are on the books.

I started with a practical interview which included preforming a 30 minute facial on real client of there’s. Another esthetician sat in the room and watched me. I was moved on to the second interview round which was verbal.
