Interview process was laid-back, maybe a little too laid-back, very polite ... asked if I wanted anything to drink ... was asked to do a drug test on the spot before moving forward (Some sort of stick they put in your mouth and if it turns the color BLUE ... congrats you got the job).

It was an easy process where I got to interview with the the front office manager and an associate manager. They mostly asked me questions about my previous experience and some behavioral type questions. Prepare to answer questions using the STAR method.

Easy interview, hired on the spot. Basic interview questions and going over experience. Usually no experience is needed. Drug test and background check is required for employment. Results took a long 3 weeks to come back but I got the job..

I talked with assistant manager for an hour in the lobby. It was relaxed and enjoyable. I have a second interview this week. He told me that he is looking for someone like me: calm, cheerful, welcoming!
