J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marlin Green (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I initially had a phone interview with Jigar then was asked to come in for a face to face interview. The face to face interview went well, I was asked about why I wanted to work in recruitment and what the motivations I had were. At the end of the interview Jigar invited me to come to the next stage of the interview which was a group session. Several hours later however I recieved an email stating that I would not be progressing to the next stage of the interview process which I found very confusing. I assumed that it must have been a mistake as there was no feedback attached just a generic rejection email and so rang up for confirmation. Getting through I was disappointed to find that despite my interview seemingly going well, getting an offer in person to attend the next stage I was told that after speaking to the hiring managers they had decided not to continue. Somehow these hiring managers despite never having met me, being given positive feedback about me decided that actually they didn't want to give me a second interview which I find highly unprofessional.

Entretien
After applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted over the phone about the role and was asked in general about why I wanted to work in recruitment consulting and my availability. After a 15-20 minute phone call, I was invited in for an interview via e-mail. Once I arrived at the specific time and date at their head office, I was given a 30-minute interview and was told via e-mail by the end of the day whether I was successful or not for the final round of interviews.
