Entretien
I applied online and completed a right to work check online and then got called in to do an interview a few days later. They were very rude to me, made me wait 20 minutes and threatened to turn me away because I didn't bring my ID (I already completed my RTW check). The manager then made sarcastic comments and tried to gaslight me into saying that I missed that they told me to bring my ID, despite me telling them I didn't and even offered to show them my emails. Overall it was very unprofessional and felt very hostile,

Seemed like they were not interested in looking at the profile genuinely anyway and they were just fulfilling a formality. Would not recommend as at this stage, the managers seem judgemental and biased

- face to face interview (assessment center) with group exercise to assess ability to work as part of a team. STAR questions,
- store tour, stating some other the things you'll do differently to maintain the store appears and how you engage with customers
