Three rounds of interviews. First a phone screener, then a meeting with two team members, then a final case study interview. It is a lengthy process, but so worth it.

Entretien
3 part interview. Step 1 is a 1-on-1 tell me about yourself type thing. I was told by the end of the interview I would be moving on to step 2. Step 2 is a 2-1 interview with more technical questions and background questions. I was told by the end I'd be moving on to step 3. Step 3 is making a powerpoint presentation about a marketing sample they give you. Mine wasn't great and I was old a week later they were going with someone with more experience in the TV marketing industry so I felt like it was a waste for me to go through all 3 steps. There was also a couple of personality tests to take and those are worthless. But the dudes doing the interview were cool and give good feedback so I appreciated that.

Entretien
Multi-step interview process, including sample analysis and presentation. Througg multipe interviews i had the opportunity to meet multiple employees and get a sense of the remote office culture. All interactions were very kind and professional.
