It was comprehensive I was interviewed 3 times. The HR first then the Director of Elem programs then with the Executive. It was a typical interview, they tested how much I know about after school and management. I just answered them according to what I know with my years of experience. The first level was easy then the second took about 40 min and the last was in person.
