I applied, they Hired me , and asked what kinda of experience I had in the Trucking Industry. I told the I'm Great with Customers and Love to work hard. so they set up all the Drug and Physical Screening and Orientation Dates and I was at work within a week.

Over the phone. Basic CDL requirements. Looking for experience but not required. Interviewed for OTR specifically. Should get in with relative ease. Decent company but turnover is high like most long-haul companies.

Over the phone, quick interview. Called me back in less than 5 min after my app was submitted. Very helpful recruiter that had previously done the job I was applying for. Spoke very well of the company and helped me make my decision to be a Magnum driver.
