There are two parts to this interview. There is one behavioral interview, where they ask you the basic questions you would expect, such as "describe a time you worked in a team and had a difficult time" and "tell me about yourself" and "Why Macys?" Make sure you learn about their Omnichannels and MOM strategy. The second interview is like a case study. They give you a situational thing with different associates with their different personalities and financial numbers. You have to chose one to coach and give a presentation.

There are multiple steps for this interview. This was through campus recruiting and there are info sessions you can participate to build relationships with the recruiter. Recommend signing up for these sessions. Then, if you are scheduled an interview, you will go through basic english and math tests online. After that, you will have a 1:1 interview and will need to present based on your findings of the case that has been given to you. Overall, if you have experience in this field, it will not be complicated. Straight forward questions.
