Started at the career fair then had two phone interviews; one with the recruiter, the other with a District Manager. Was invited to the onsite interview the next week. It is two days and expenses are paid. I recommend you make an effort to build relationships with the other candidates and employees. While they are not officially reviewing your performance during meals and transition periods, your behavior will have an influence on their perception of you.

I applied on a handshake and revieved an email for an interview a few weeks later. I was interviewed by two individuals on zoom, each 30-minute sessions. Each session involved 15 minutes of answering questions about myself, and 15 minutes for me to ask questions.

Fairly standard. Very welcoming recruiters who were interested in meeting applicants. Two thirty minute interviews as a first round. Spoke to both HR and actual store managers who were highly knowledgeable.
