Had 4 phone interviews due to geographical locations. All behavioral based. Phone screen with corporate recruiter, then peer of hiring manager and 2 with the hiring manager. Many questions were repeated during different sessions.

phone screen with human resources rep and then 4, 30 minute interviews. The interviewers were across a variety of business as well as a variety of management levels. I spent time with buyers, planners, divisional planners, DMM, as well as vice president of planning and merchandising
