J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Bloomington, IN) en nov. 2011
Entretien
Went to a career fair at my university. College relations team first evaluates each candidate that approaches their booth on a number of factors, including their resume, academic achievements, relevant experience, positive and willing attitude, desire to work in an unconventional business environment, and their ability to articulate themselves clearly. If candidates are selected as adequate for next round interviews, they are put through 2 on-campus interviews, and if they pass those, they are taken to an on-site interview at corporate headquarters for a 2 day process of learning and interviewing.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There were a lot of behavioral questions that were a bit unorthodox, such as, "Do you think it's more important to be recognized for good and hard work, or is it a simple job expectation and merits no extra recognition?"

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
