Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (New York, NY) en oct. 2011
Entretien
The interview was a two-day event which they flew all the applicants to New York for. When we arrived on day one we were introduced to the Macy's company culture and some of their recent innovations, as well as given an overview of the program for which we were interviewing. there was a key note speaker who offered further incite into the Macy's company culture and what working there was like, as well as a dinner at which all the candidates could mingle with one another as well as the recruiting team. On day two there was a group project which we had to present to a group of executives that had once been members of the Executive Development Program. There was also a retail math assessment for which you were given a calculator as well as an equation sheet. There were two interviews: one behavorial with a Manager, and one based on personality test that candidates had taken before arriving in New York. Overall what stood out the most was the amazing company culture and how much the people there truly loved their jobs. It seemed that each person could not help speaking about the smart people they got to work with each day and the breadth of knowledge they gained at their jobs.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
