I applied through university and was nominated, the interview is by phone, she will ask you some personality questions and ask when are your preference of department, and I got an offer after 2 weeks and sign the contract in MTR headquarters.

Introduce yourself in Cantonese and English. What you can contribute to mtr. What you want to learn from mtr. Video recording interview. Deadline: 2 weeks after the email announced. Just write scripts for those questions
online AI interview with basic personal interview questions in Eng and Canton. Nothing specifically related to MTR or practical knoeledge. It was the first round inteview, dont know if there will be second round or not.
