It was straightforward and easy, and the interviewer was very welcoming. The vibe is very relaxing and warm. the downside is they are always late getting back to you. but the whole process was not too bad

Professional environment but friendly staff. Apply online and got call from MICM representative with in four days. Asked few previous experience related questions and asked the availability for job interview.
