Entretien
Three stages of interview whereby manager + HR, vice president and CEO (phone call) will be interviewing. Required to do a telecommunication and physics related test questions to test technical skills. May need to describe on FYP as well if fresh graduate. Must be able to speak English well. Each interview processing takes almost two weeks. Critical thinking and confidence during interview is vital.

Horrible experience with the interviewers. They were late to the interview, laughed at one's achievements and failures. They gave very bad impression overall and even laughed at people's answer to the interview.
