There was a brief phone screening, followed by a call back to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person took about 30 minutes and was one on one with the hiring manager at the corporate office.

Hiring process can be a little slow. Recruiters know the business and the positions. Application process can be a bit cumbersome. There was a delay of a week prior to receiving an offer from my last interview.
