A review of qualifications and experience. Suitability for extended overseas employment. The main objective of the entire interview process was to ensure suitability for the position. For example; would I be able to remain in Europe for up to six months without going back to America. Since I had 30 years military experience my qualifications were without question. It was mainly a suitability check
