The interview process is clear and organised. Had several rounds of interviews with different interviewers from other countries both on phone call and on site. Overall, it has been a good experience and my a hiring manager was supportive.

I had two phone calls with HR. One of them was the general phone call the second one was for almost 1 hour and about my experiences. After that, I had interview with the deparment manager and had an assesment in the office.

In an era of ghosting and drawn-out timelines, it was refreshing to go through the interview process at Maersk. I submitted my resume and received an HR screen about 2 weeks later. 1 week later, they scheduled me for the hiring manager interview via Teams, who gave me a timeline for the next step and actually kept to the timeline. While I didn't get an offer, they sent all correspondence in a timely manner.
