took 6weeks. Then finally we went through. Previous mgmt exp. internal control related exp. audit exp. all were discussed. Would have been much quicker if the HR was available to sign off on on boarding

Entretien
The interview process is very structured. Regardless of position, everyone is asked to take IQ and Personality tests. Once passed, then series of interviews will be lined up. HR to Process Manager then Site manager. Quite an extensive hiring process.
