Really good process and they ask you important questions to see if you're a good fit for the company. They look to see if you're competent for the role. They also like to hire talent a lot
LyondellBasell had a straight forward, easy interview process. Everyone I spoke to in management was very easy to talk to and had a genuine interest in me and my previous work experience.
