I had a positive initial call with a recruiter and a successful technical interview, but the day before my onsite interview, I was informed it was canceled because another candidate accepted an offer. They didn't consider me for other roles at that time. Later, I applied for a different position and was contacted by a recruiter, but after a couple of reschedules, my interview was canceled just 15 minutes before it was set to start, followed by a no-reply email. I'm shocked by these developments, especially since my experiences with the interviewers were positive. This feels unprofessional and unexpected.
