This was one of the best interview processes I have gone through. I was contacted by a recruiter and they quickly got in touch with me after I was referred by an employee. I was scheduled for an interview where they had several rounds. We first sat in an informative presentation by the recruiter to learn more about the company. They are very upfront with you about the details of the company, what it's like to work for them, and other employment things. We then spoke with 2 other employees where they asked me questions about my skill set and why I wanted to work for Lyft. Then I did a role play phone call regarding an issue with a new user. Then I spoke with one of the team leads where they asked me more questions about my skill set.
Overall, this was a great experience. They were very intentional with their questions, respectful with my time, and very honest about the interview process. I liked that I got to meet different people around the office and get a vibe for the work culture. Everyone was so friendly and they interactions were all very conversational. It's clear they value people who care about other people and they look for that in their employees.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entretien
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
