The first-round interview lasted about an hour and included very little self-introduction or ice-breaking. It quickly transitioned into technical questions and focused heavily on assessing technical knowledge. The interviewer conducted the interview over the phone and appeared disengaged at times.

The interview was nothing like the job description. The job description was for things like data analysis, SOPs, optimization. The interview was exclusively about manufacturing (which was not mentioned in the job description). It felt like I was being interviewed for a different job
