Typically 3 interviews, one with a recruiter, one with a district manager and one with the GM you will be working with. Pretty standard guest service type questions. Drug test and Background text required. Pretty quick turnaround

It was pretty easy--interviewed with GM & DM at a hiring event. Asked me several questions on site; was able to go out and look at the center and meet some of the staff. Finished up the process by doing drug testing and started not too long after that.

Interview process was very Quick. Met with area manager and then the district manager. Started after drug test and background check came back. Also spoke with the recruiter manager. On boarded online before first day.
