I was initially contacted by a recruiter. We spoke two or three times over the next day. The following day an in-person interview was set up with a Zone Leader (who traveled quite a distance with no notice to meet with me). The in-person interview was very thorough, and about 2-hours. The day after that - on a weekend - the Director of Retail phoned me for an additional interview. I received an offer the next Monday - just 4 days after my initial call from the recruiter.

First interview was with current Market Manager in person one on one. I was all but offered a position after that interview. I later had a phone interview with the Director of Retail and CEO. It was a casual interview and seemed more like a meet and greet. Was offered the position within an hour of getting off the phone.
