I interviewed for the new grad nurse residency. You have a phone call with the new grad program coordinator then an in person interview. The process was straight forward and took a few weeks.

What are your strengths? Why do you want to work here?
Good experience. I interviewed with the department director and manager. I felt welcomed, and that my employment/education background were respected by each. I was offered a position very shortly after the interview, and gladly accepted.

Entretien
Unorganized, rude and unprofessional for the most part. There was no consistency between the different interviewers on their new grad program. The director that interviewed me was rude, and unfriendly. Doesnt know how to properly do a zoom interview.
