Long and arduous. Could be a good day out if you are extroverted and enjoy a full day of pressure. Reflecting back the team building exercises were enjoyable and allowed me to make friends with the other candidates.

It was about an hour long all simple questions like how well do you know Java, Python, C ++, and other general questions. A couple of behavioral and scenario questions but not that hard in general.

Entretien
Went very well they asked very basic questions about my experience and methodology of solving various situations in it and with employees. They also elaborated on their benefits over the other cyber and aerospace and defense organizations.
