The interview was over the phone it was just a couple of questions asking if i met the requirements listed in the job description and they ask about past job experience.
it was alright, most of it is online though. they did do more of a meet and greet than anything really. with covid its hard for them to do everything in office

Asked basic interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. They looked through my resume for leadership experience as well. I was also asked about dealing with conflict and assessed on my soft skills
