Online application followed by situational judgement and personality questionnaire and numerical testing. If passed a video assessment takes place as a final round interview. The video assessment asks you 9 questions; 1 at a time and gives you 30 seconds to think of an answer followed by 90-120 seconds to answer.
I created a list of 20 potential questions with answers and i have undertaken the assessment on 28/02/16 and currently waiting for the decision.
