Initial application process and maths and verbal reasoning followed by a video interview which was pretty straight forward. Assessment center consisted of a presentation, group exercise, 1-1 interview and writing task. The whole experience was very relaxed and well done. Any question let I'll be happy to answer.

Entretien
Had a video interview, followed by an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of another video interview element, where you are made to read a text and then record an answer to the question. They give good guidance on what to expect before the assessment centre day.

10 questions, why lloyds? why this programme? competency based and based on their values. Not questions we are used to hear. Video stopped working after 5th question for unknown technical issues, so i had to continue without video. Haven't heard back yet.
