6 Stages and a very slow process, applied in November and received outcome in May, they would email occasionally saying we will find out in 2 weeks then delay further

first interview question: Why Lloyds banking group?
Consisted first of doing a general test, then doing a motivational interview and finally a technical interview aswell. Overall, it was quite a good experience. Staff quite friendly and helpful.
