Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screening scheduled by a recruiter from the company. I learned about the job role and responsibilities, pay, and benefits. We then scheduled a video conference interview. On that call I had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company. We scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager. My follow up interview was as upbeat as my conversations with the recruiter and also provided more opportunity for questions and learning about the company. I felt comfortable with the people I spoke with during the interview process, and I particularly appreciated learning about the specific ways the company prioritizes staff wellbeing. The scheduling was smooth and straight-forward. I had a very positive interview experience.

The interview process felt professional and seamless! The recruiter was so on top of everything from scheduling calls, to making herself available for questions, and providing open and honest answers. My second interview happened a few days after my first and I heard back by the end of the week!
