Received initial phone call from management regarding position but contract position was pending. The position did not become available for 4 months. After 4 months I was asked if I was still interested. I went through two interviews with two managers. I was offered the position after the second interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.

Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
