J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lionbridge (Waltham, MA) en avr. 2014

1 phone interview with HR. Basic stuff. going over the resume, describing experience and interests.
then got 3 interviews with current members of the marketing team including who ended up being my boss.
the third guy who interviewed me had literally started at Lionbridge 3 days prior and interviewed me for the wrong position, half way through I asked politely if there was a mixup about what role I'm interviewing for - all turned out fine but was an awkward and funny experience.

I sent in my resume and some information via LinkedIn and was contacted a while later about setting up an interview. We set up a time to talk and got on the phone a few days after. While the questions asked in the interview were pretty standard, there were a few things that were very off-putting. First, even though I was having an interview, I was told that I would need to go to the website and fill out a different application. I was unsure about why I wasn't asked to fill out the application first before having an interview. Next, when I asked about company culture, the answer was, "Well...it depends. It's different everywhere," which was a major red flag for me. If you're in a company and can't give any insight into company culture or what the working environment is like, that's a huge problem. Overall, between that answer and the application, it seemed that the company was unorganized and non-inclusive, and I chose not to move forward with the process.
