J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Sunnyvale, CA) en juin 2014
Entretien
As I was the first to apply to the position, my whole process from initial email to off was 3 months. It started with a phone call with the recruiter and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Both the recruiter and hiring manager informed me that I might not hear back for a few weeks as it's company policy that they do need to consider other candidate.
The onsite interview lasted 3 hours with 7 different people. They came in groups of 2-3.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn en nov. 2025
Entretien
Recruiter screen, HM screen, peer screen. I would not recommend joining the talent team. Interviewer was late to the TA enablement meeting and her questions didn’t make sense. She regurgitated everything I said, and really doesn’t seem like a thoughtful leader.

Took 2 months to hear back from application time. Not the best experience, interviewer didn’t give much insight into day to day or culture. Took forever to hear back afterwards

Meet with hiring manager and team members. They set up time and talked about responsibilities and roles. Shared onboarding process. Ask your skill sets and what questions you have. They also ask if you have previous experience in program management and people management. Time management is important too.
