I applied online, but stopped into the office just to make sure that they received it. I got called in to take their reasoning tests and didn't hear back from them for awhile. I finally called to follow up and they invited me back for the job.

There was a spelling test and then a SAT type logic test. The spelling test included words such as malfeasance, cacophony, and character.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
