The interview process seems to be consistent. It starts off with a short video about the company, then a spelling test, then a Watson-Glaser critical thinking test, then a REALLY long video about the company and its programs. Then you're asked to demonstrate the program, and have a second interview. The words for the spelling test are pre-recorded and read of a video, so know how to spell the following words: malfeseance, pusillanimous, charlatan, medieval, stationery (with an e, because the sentence read refers to office stationery, not "stationary"). There are a few other easier words, and then 5 or 6 "nonsense words" like "cumberlimble" that you should sound out to the best of your ability. A lot of reviews below talk about "mysteriously" not getting invited back after the screening despite their awesome qualifications and performance on the tests, but in reality they probably failed the critical thinking test, which admittedly is pretty unfair and unrelated to the actual position. Rather than complaining, if you're serious about getting the job then google "free practice Watson-Glaser tests" and practice a lot before you come in. Learn to think like the rubric. You need a pretty good score, like 85% or something to get through to the 2nd interview, which is more basic.
