J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lincoln Tech (New Britain, CT) en sept. 2013
Entretien
Interview was casual although to the point. Interviewer/Director was easy to talk to and relate to.
Very accommodating with time of interview
Everything seemed great, Director of dept said 'You'd be a great addition to our team' as I left. The next day, I emailed her a few questions, which I never got a response to. Instead a week later, I got a very cold email saying the position was filled. No explanation, no answers.
The following day I called to inquire reasoning, was told she would call me back. No call. Unprofessional, frustrating and full of false hope.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lincoln Tech (Grand Prairie, TX) en janv. 2017
Entretien
I was called to come in to an interview with the Director. When I came in to my surprise it wasn't a face-to-face interview, but rather a group interview. We were told to fill out a long paper application, given a company overview, and told to present a topic given with our groups. One group was given an unfair advantage and ultimately did very well during the group interview. I personally don't like group interviews and wish I would have been told that. I wouldn't have agreed to such an interview. Overall, I wasn't impressed by Lincoln Tech and would not advise anyone waste their time going to an interview. It was clear from the moment I walked in that the director already knew who she was going to pick and didn't want someone experienced or that knows what they are doing.
