There is nearly nothing to describe. Like many other people have mentioned here - it seems they don't really hire but just want to collect technical ideas and get a free consultation. How it was: I applied on-line and a few days later received a call to arrange a video interview. The interviewer was late by 25 minutes. We started from a bunch of exuses about this delay. The interview was qute ordinary with the questions all about how carefully I was reading their web-site. Then I was asked to answer a technical test I was promised to receive the same day. Of course nobody sent it. I reminded in a few days and finally got it. Sent it back as we agreed in 48 hours. And that's it. In a 2-3 weeks I dropped a reminedr but nobody responded. It's very sad they do not pay any respect to the applicant's time and disappear immediately as far as they get what they need.
