Job fair, many applicants, several interviewers. Started with low level, training interviewers, and then moved to upper levels. Questions were basic, little information, but interviewers used little info and made strong decisions. Pretty pointless.
2 interviews, one with another store manager in the district and the district manager. Very laid back. I just demonstrated that I am a dependable employee and I think that stood out.

One face to face five minute interview, where they asked no questions about your history or any personal. It felt like they didn’t care about “you” they just wanted to make sure that you could change to “one of them”

It was average. Be professional. Be prepared before you go into the interview. You are representing the company in the long run if you get hired so prep your responses and be confident when you answer them
