Entretien
You can find the interview questions pretty much word for word. But the main things they want aside form specific answers is flexibility and eagerness to learn. I wouldn’t be to nervous for the interview, as interview processes go this one was pretty standard and if you did some research and prep before hand, you should get the job. Make sure you have some transferable skill memorises also.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked as part of a team etc
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
