Applied online, few days later got an email about a telephone interview. Very straightforward competency questions, lasted about 10 min. Few days later got asked to come to a group assessment miles away.

It was a relaxed interview by two members of Lidl. It took 15 minutes and they asked a checklist of questions which were mainly based on experience and experiences I’ve faced in customer service.

First there is an online assessment to be completed then if successful invite to in person interview. The interview is generally with the store manager and the area manager. However this could be a store manager and deputy store manager.

It was good and very interactive. I was interviewed by two managers and I was asked a bunch of question. Just be confidant and flow with the questions. I’d rate it a 7/10.
