The process was typical, I had 2 rounds of phone interviews; the first with a recruiter and then with the office manager. Then I was flown out for the final round interview with the regional manager and the same manager that I had already talked to over the phone. Their questions were not surprising at all. -describe and challenge in work or school and how did you overcome it? -describe a time when you had to make a tough decision, and what was the outcome? -when was there a time when you had multiple things to manage at one time? how did you handle it and what was the outcome? They were all very nice and interested in learning about my background and work experience and how I would apply it to the position. The only annoying part was that I felt like I was repeating myself a lot because several of the questions were basically asking the same thing. So I would basically recommend doing your research on the position and be able to REALLY convince them that you are a good fit. The people were very nice and upbeat so the work environment is positive.
